1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Double Deal regarding your access to and use of doublethedeal.com and related services.

By accessing or using Double Deal, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Double Deal only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Particular deals, offers, surveys, games, rewards or sweepstakes may require participants to be 18 or older, to have reached the age of majority, or to live in an eligible location. The specific rules for an opportunity control when they differ from these general Terms.

3. Accounts and account security

Certain features require a free member account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may not create accounts using automated methods, impersonate another person, sell an account or permit another person to use your account to evade eligibility or participation limits.

4. Deals and promotional information

Double Deal may display deals, coupons, prices, promotions and links supplied by merchants or other third parties. Offers may change, expire, become unavailable or contain additional restrictions.

You should verify price, availability, eligibility, shipping, return conditions and other material terms on the merchant's website before completing a transaction. The merchant is responsible for the sale, product, service and fulfillment.

Some links may be affiliate or advertising links. Double Deal may receive compensation when a visitor clicks a link or completes an eligible action, at no additional cost to the visitor unless clearly stated otherwise.

5. Sweepstakes and giveaways

Sweepstakes may be offered by Double Deal or by a third-party sponsor. Each sweepstakes may have official rules describing eligibility, entry periods, limits, prize details, winner selection and fulfillment.

The official rules and sponsor terms for a particular sweepstakes control if they conflict with these Terms. Entering does not guarantee a prize, and no purchase is necessary where prohibited by law.

6. Earning opportunities

Eligible members may be able to earn Double Deal Points through offers, surveys, games, applications, shopping or other activities.

An activity is eligible for points only when the applicable tracking and validation requirements are satisfied. Completion shown by a third-party website does not always mean the activity has been approved or reported to Double Deal.

Partners may reject, reverse or delay a conversion for reasons including incomplete requirements, duplicate participation, cancellation, return, invalid information, geographic ineligibility, prohibited traffic or suspected abuse.

7. Double Deal Points

Double Deal Points are promotional loyalty units. They are not money, stored value, legal tender or property, and they have no cash value unless Double Deal expressly states otherwise.

Points may not be purchased, sold, traded, transferred, combined between accounts or exchanged outside an authorized Double Deal redemption.

We may correct a points balance when points were added or deducted because of an error, reversal, duplicate transaction, invalid conversion, fraud or violation of these Terms. Relevant transaction records may be used when reviewing a balance.

8. Rewards and redemptions

Reward availability, point cost, quantity and fulfillment details may change. Submitting a redemption creates a request and does not guarantee fulfillment until the request is approved and completed.

A redemption may be cancelled when a reward is unavailable, information is incomplete, an account is ineligible or activity connected to the points is invalid. When appropriate, points and limited stock may be restored after cancellation.

Rewards are personal to the eligible account holder and may not be resold or transferred unless expressly permitted.

9. Premium and unlocked content

Some articles or member content may require points to unlock. An unlock provides personal access through the eligible account. It does not transfer ownership or grant permission to republish, distribute or sell the content.

10. Third-party services

Double Deal may link to or integrate with merchants, offerwalls, survey providers, game providers, advertisers and other third parties. We do not control their websites, availability, content, products, privacy practices or business decisions.

Your interaction with a third-party service is governed by that party's terms and privacy policy. Review those terms before providing information or completing an activity.

11. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, automated clicks or other artificial methods to generate activity.
• Submit false, duplicate, stolen or misleading information.
• Create multiple accounts to obtain duplicate entries, points, rewards or other benefits.
• Use a VPN, proxy, location spoofing or another method to evade geographic eligibility rules.
• Manipulate tracking, postbacks, referral information, conversions, points, redemptions or sweepstakes entries.
• Attempt to access another user's account or an administrative area without authorization.
• Probe, attack, disrupt, overload or bypass security controls.
• Copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit Double Deal content without permission.
• Use Double Deal for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purposes.

12. Reviews, investigations and enforcement

We may review accounts, entries, conversions, points and redemptions to prevent fraud, correct errors and enforce these Terms.

When reasonably necessary, we may delay an action, reverse invalid points, reject a redemption, restrict features, suspend access or close an account. We may preserve records when required for security, disputes or legal compliance.

13. Intellectual property

Double Deal's branding, design, software, text, graphics and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms provide a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

Third-party names, logos, products and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

14. Service availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, opportunities or content. Maintenance, security events, partner changes and circumstances beyond our control may interrupt availability.

We do not promise that every feature, deal, offer, sweepstakes or reward will remain available at all times.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Double Deal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, merchant performance, partner tracking, offer availability or any particular result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Double Deal and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, missed opportunities or losses arising from third-party products or services.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

17. Account closure

You may request account closure by emailing contact@doublethedeal.com. Before requesting closure, complete or resolve any outstanding reward or support matter you wish us to review.

Some records may be retained after closure when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, business practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. Continuing to use Double Deal after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.

19. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and mandatory consumer protections. Any dispute will be handled by a court or other forum with lawful jurisdiction, unless the parties agree to another permitted resolution method.
