A little self-care with money back? New TopCashback members can explore an offer for $25 cash back on a qualifying purchase of Rare Beauty Hydrating Eye Patches at Ulta Beauty.

What Is the Product?
Ulta lists Rare Beauty Find Comfort Hydrating Under Eye Patches at $25 for eight pairs. Confirm the exact product and current price before purchasing.
How the Offer Works
Open the dedicated TopCashback offer page and review its current conditions.
Register as a new member and complete any account-confirmation instructions.
Follow the offer’s shopping link to Ulta.
Purchase at least $25 in the qualifying eye patches.
Keep your order confirmation and monitor the transaction in TopCashback.
When Does the Cash Back Arrive?
The dedicated offer states that $25 will be credited within 14 days after the transaction tracks. Tracking and withdrawal are different stages; check your account’s status before treating the money as available.
Only one freebie offer is permitted per new member, and this promotion cannot be combined with other TopCashback offers.
Protect Your Tracking
Start with an empty Ulta cart. Current retailer exclusions include app purchases, scheduled in-store pickup orders, and coupon codes not displayed on TopCashback. Read the complete exclusions before choosing your order method.
Keep the shopping journey simple: follow the offer instructions, finish the order, and save the confirmation. If a tracking issue arises, use TopCashback’s support process with your actual order details.
Check the Real Out-of-Pocket Cost
Compare the checkout total with the promotional cash back. Do not add unwanted products merely to reach a shipping threshold. An offer is useful only if the product and final cost suit your budget.
