A free meal could be on the menu—but timing matters. Habit Burger & Grill is running Habit Hour from October 26 through November 4, 2026, with free Dipping Trio Boxes at participating restaurants.
How Habit Hour works
The first 50 eligible guests during each restaurant’s designated hour can receive a box. The offer ends after 60 minutes or when the daily allocation is gone, whichever happens first.
How to find the daily time
Follow @habitburgerandgrill for the announcement approximately one hour beforehand. MyHabit members with push notifications enabled may receive earlier notice.
Membership is not required to receive a meal. A notification also does not reserve a box.
What comes in the box?
The announced meal includes a burger cut into two halves, dipping sauce, five crispy chicken bites, a small side and a regular drink. BBQ, Ranch and Spicy options are offered, subject to availability.

Check that your restaurant participates and is open.
Confirm the announced start time in your local time zone.
Order with a team member at the attended in-store register during Habit Hour.
No purchase or coupon is required. Drive-thru, kiosk, app, online and third-party orders do not qualify.
