You pay for the products upfront. The reward comes back as Staples points for a future qualifying purchase, rather than an immediate discount or a cash refund.

How the Command Rewards Offer Works

The offer covers qualifying Command purchases at Staples U.S. stores and staples.com. The reported terms cap the reward at $40 in points and allow one use per Easy Rewards member during the promotional period.

Rewards are based on the qualifying amount you actually pay after discounts, coupons and point redemptions. Taxes and shipping are excluded.

A Simple Example

If your eligible Command products total $30 after discounts and you pay that amount without redeeming points, a qualifying 100%-back offer would return $30 in Staples rewards value. You would still pay any applicable tax or shipping.

Spending more than $40 on qualifying products does not increase the promotional reward beyond the stated $40 limit.
