The event runs at participating stores from 9 p.m. on Monday, October 26, to midnight on October 27, 2026, using each store’s local time.
What is the freebie?
Target says the first 100 guests receive a keychain and a commemorative entry ticket. The ticket provides an opportunity to purchase A Court of Splintered Harmony at midnight; the book is sold separately.

Preorder pickup is not available at midnight. Target says those orders can be collected when stores open on October 27.
