If you already use T-Mobile Tuesdays, check T-Life before placing your next KFC order. T-Mobile is featuring a free Famous Bowl with a purchase of $1 or more through the KFC app or online.
This is free with purchase: the offer requires a qualifying order, and tax applies. It is not a free standalone bowl for anyone who visits a restaurant.
What Is the KFC Offer?
The current T-Mobile Tuesdays page advertises a free KFC Famous Bowl when eligible members spend $1 or more through KFC’s app or online ordering.
A qualifying plan is required. Open the offer in T-Life to check whether it is available to your account and read the full redemption conditions.

Check the Total Before Ordering
The minimum purchase and tax still matter, even when the bowl itself is discounted. Review your cart rather than assuming the whole order will cost nothing.
Check the selected location and fulfillment method too. Follow the offer’s instructions instead of assuming a code works for every restaurant or ordering channel.
Who Can Access T-Mobile Tuesdays?
T-Mobile’s FAQ says perks are available to qualifying T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers. Plan exclusions apply, and customers must meet the program’s age requirements.
Non-customers may have access to certain sweepstakes through a separate entry method. That does not make the KFC customer perk available to everyone.
When Does This Offer Expire?
The exact KFC deadline has not been independently verified. Check the date and time shown on your offer before planning an order.
T-Mobile’s support page notes that offer expiration times vary and advises waiting until you are ready before selecting Redeem. Saving an offer and redeeming it can be separate steps.
