A day at an indoor adventure park can get expensive, especially when you are bringing the kids. For National Adventure Day, Urban Air is offering one free Unlimited Play ticket through the KidHub app.
Both new and existing KidHub users qualify. Complete your registration by 11:59 p.m. local time on October 9, 2026. You can claim the offer now and plan your visit for later.
How to get your free Urban Air ticket
Visit the official Urban Air offer page.
Download KidHub and finish registering your account before the deadline.
Check the app on October 9 for your ticket. Distribution begins at 6 a.m. CT.
Confirm participation with your local park before visiting.
If you register on October 9, allow at least an hour for the ticket to appear. Check your email, including your spam folder, for confirmation.
When can you use the ticket?
Urban Air lists the redemption window as October 9 through November 23, 2026. You do not have to visit on National Adventure Day itself.
“Unlimited Play” means all-day play during the visit, rather than unlimited visits throughout the redemption period. There is one free ticket per eligible KidHub account.
What is included—and what costs extra?
Check the admission level
The offer provides Unlimited Play admission. Guests who qualify for Shorty 40 access receive that admission level instead. Available attractions vary by park.
Bring your Urban Air socks
Required socks are not included. Bring Urban Air socks from a previous visit or purchase them at the park. A waiver is also required.
An optional upgrade to Unlimited Play+ costs $10 where available. The free ticket cannot be used for birthday parties or special events, and it cannot be combined with other promotions.
Plan before you go
Check your ticket details, local opening hours and participating attractions before leaving home. Current Urban Air members in good standing can use their free ticket to bring a friend.
